Peace

I think of you a little each day

What does it mean

What am I searching for

Connection

Intimacy

Potency

Deep feeling

Authenticity

Depth

Hope

Eagerness

Satisfaction

Joy

Presence

Beneath it all

Presence

Beloved presence

Stillness deep within

Watching

Bowing to

Hoping for

The acknowledgement of others

So the feeling grows

Expands

Collects wisdom

And deeper intuition

Knowing

Beyond the mind

Living in harmony

The essence of all that is

Was and ever will be

The light and the freedom

Flying high amidst the bright stars and

To the depths of the valleys below

In every volcano, storm, tsunami, hurricane, iceberg,

Fire

Earth

Water

Air

Ether

Stay in creativity

Notice when the dip occurs

Ride it like a wave

Paddle back out

And go for another ride

This is what I have to say to you

Relax

Drop in

Know that all is well

There is no where to go

Nothing to do

Who you are is a process

In process

Of becoming

Forevermore

Every moment is now

Become yourself through your awareness of now

This moment

Stillness

Beingness

Interbeing

Notice

Just notice

Relieve your mind of it’s circling

Allow the thoughts to float away

One at a time

By not participating in the story for a while

Just a while

Sink back

Soften

The thoughts will draw back in without effort

For now just glide

Allow your senses to buoy you

Listen for the sounds around you

Feel the body’s cues to breathe, shift and wiggle

Deliberately intend to listen for the breath and

Urgings of the body

The elemental realm exerting it’s influence

To harmonize the environment

Holistically

We often stifle the intuition

Of the body

Picture sitting on the soft green grass with yourself as a small child

As your inner child expresses an authentic perception

Imagine yourself offering presence, kindness and wisdom

Helping to guide the trajectory of the soul toward peace

Every moment is an opportunity

To gather momentum on the track of peace

Or chaos

Peace

Or confusion

Peace

Or anxiety

Peace

Or depression

Peace or anger

Peace or frustration

Peace or vengeance

Peace or doubt

Peace or panic

Peace or sadness

Peace

Only peace will do
